Jed Harrelson
Nashville based soul artist Jed Harrelson has found a way to fuse sounds of Soul, Rock and R&B. Music connects and he carries that into the center of his work, leaving both a euphoric and familiar presence. While he’s independently released 12 songs in the last three years, he is working on a debut project right now. All of his music is recorded in house with his brother Hank as the audio engineer.

Jacob Jolliff Band with Fresh Cut Grass
Jacob Jolliff is one of the most dynamic mandolin players of his generation. A Berklee College of Music graduate and National Mandolin Champion, he’s toured internationally with progressive bluegrass favorites Joy Kills Sorrow and spent five years as a member of the Yonder Mountain String Band. He’s also been a featured performer with Béla Fleck’s My Bluegrass Heart ensemble, sharing the stage with some of the biggest names in acoustic music.

Alice Wallace

Wallace was named 2017 Female Vocalist of the Year by the California Country Awards and her voice has been called “a powerful natural occurrence… an awe-striking wonder" by Saving Country Music. She previously released four solo albums, the latest of which, 2019’s Into the Blue, earned recognition from Rolling Stone Country with the title track being named one of the Best Americana Songs to Hear Now. This was followed by Lucky Break via Side Pony, a duo project with friend Caitlin Cannon that took the pair across the United States and Europe.

In this all star show The Idaho Songwriters Association is calling on the Boise and Idaho community for their care and generosity to keep our organization running. In the past a great deal of our operating expenses have been covered by Idaho state and local grants which have unfortunately been cut so we are now running at a serious deficit. We are humbly asking our friends and fellow songwriters to help us to meet our budgetary needs for 2026.

Due to the overwhelming response to Mo n Mo Motown 1 and 2, Smooth Avenue is back for a Mo’ N Mo’ Motown 3peat. While some bands sprinkle in Motown tunes alongside R&B songs from other labels, Smooth Avenue will be performing ONLY songs produced and performed by artists on the Motown labels.

Niccole Blaze & Mel Wade
Niccole Blaze, a Boise favorite, is thrilled to welcome her dear friend Mel Wade from Reno, NV to the Sapphire Room stage on November 15th!
Together, these two talented songwriters will enthrall and enrich you with heartfelt melodies, soulful vocals, and thoughtful lyrics. Jeff Crosby
Join Jeff Crosby & his band in the Sapphire Room for his 12th Annual Homecoming Run.
Born and raised in a sleepy mountain town in Northern Idaho, singer-songwriter Jeff Crosby has managed to delineate the sometimes-amorphous genre of "Americana", package it perfectly, and deliver it to his listeners time and again.
His songs present almost as pages ripped out of an intimately personal diary, detailing the rugged beauty of what it means to have loved, lost and kept on the move. There seems to be no shortage of inspiration as Crosby is one of the last few "troubadours" that truly lives the life he sings about.

Harlis Sweetwater
Harlis Sweetwater is a national touring Rock/ Rock N' Roll artist. His music appeared on Itunes Top 200 Best Selling Blues Albums with songs charting in the Top 200 Blues charts in the U.S., Sweden, Ireland and New Zealand. In 2018 his band was voted “Best Rock Band” in OC Weekly’s Readers Choice issue. Now moving into an exciting, new and fresh direction, Harlis crosses over, mixing multi genres like alternative rock, latin beats/vibes, soul and rock, all while keeping the gritty, soulful vocals and searing guitar playing he is known for.

Jeff Miller & The Congregation is a roots-driven Country-Americana band that blends elements of rock, blues, soul, and gospel into a sound uniquely their own. Formed in 2018, the band is fronted by Jeff Miller, a singer-songwriter whose raw, heartfelt lyrics and commanding stage presence have made an undeniable impact on the NW county scene.

The Money Makers
The Money Makers will fill your evening with a tribute to one of America's best rock and roll bands, The Black Crowes. The Money Makers, a seven member band, is set to deliver the tone, vibe, and raw vocal power synonymous with The Black Crowes. It will be a night packed with classic hits like “She Talks to Angels,” “Hard to Handle,” “Remedy,” and “Jealous Again.”

Dave Stamey
Dave Stamey has been a cowboy, a mule packer, a dude wrangler, and is now one of the most popular Western entertainers working today. He has been voted seven times Entertainer of the Year, seven times Male Performer of the Year and Five times Songwriter of the Year by the Western Music Association, and received the Will Rogers Award from the Academy of Western Artists. He’s delighted audiences in twenty three states, and finds that he prefers this to being stomped by angry horses.

Anni Piper
One listen will tell you why in her homeland Anni Piper is known as the First Lady of Blues. Not only is she a sultry vocalist, but an insightful composer, accomplished bass player and show stopping performer. Born and raised in Australia, her passion for blues was ignited by the sound of Stevie Ray Vaughan. Piper has called the United States home since 2014. Presented by The Idaho Blues Society. Anni will have a local backing band with Joe Ryan on guitar, Rick DeAguiar on keys, and Barry Carlson on drums. Come enjoy an evening of Anni's songs!

Larry Fuller
Presented by the Idaho Jazz Education Endowment. Since 2013 – harnessing his unique bandstand collaborations with four very different jazz giants – Fuller has led the Larry Fuller Trio, performing prestigious venues and festivals internationally. Fuller presents a musical program rarely experienced live today, receiving consistent praise for his emotive, swinging style, monster technique and program versatility. The Vancouver Sun called Larry Fuller Trio’s recent appearance at TD Vancouver International Jazz Festival one of the two-week festival’s “top 10 highlights that took our breath away and made us gaze in wonder”.

Jesse Roper
(Full Band Show) Based in Victoria, BC, Jesse Roper is a blues/Americana artist with a penchant for writing modern indie-infused blues music and delivering bombastic live performances buoyed by his virtuosic guitar playing. His innate and impressive musical talent has served him well, giving him the flexibility to play with soul icon Booker T. Jones, rock veteran Colin James, blues belter Beth Hart, and Canadian legend Burton Cummings. The stage is where Roper shines. It has been his home since overcoming crippling stage fright during his early twenties. Fear is a part of Roper’s past that barely seems real today - especially when you see the in-concert image of a six-string soldier, hair matted to his face, tearing up the stage, without a hint of second-guessing.

Fresh off his new album Strange Kind of Freedom, a European tour with Satriani & Vai, and a headlining run in South Africa 🌍. Called “one of the world’s most innovative guitarists” (Guitar Player), Ned brings his glass guitar and unforgettable songs back home.

West Abbey Road
Ring in the holidays with one of our most popular holiday events -- a Beatles Tribute with some holiday flair! It will be a night of great music and fun with their Ed Sullivan Show Beatle suits, Beatle wigs, Beatle shoes, rotten English accents, topped with laughs and great attention to detail in the music they cover. Braun Lemon - (Darin Gere) on vocals & lead guitar, Paul McCartwright - (Brad Carroll) on bass & vocals, Harrison Gorge - (Doug Davis) on keyboards & vocals, and Little Ringo Starzz - (Frank Beale) on drums & vocals.

Vocalocity
Vocalocity is a contemporary a cappella group who has performed in front of thousands of people all over the United States and Canada. They perform a wide range of styles, and will be performing many Christmas songs you know and love for this event.
Vocalocity has twice competed in the Northwestern Harmony Sweepstakes Competition. One year they took home 1st place and the other year 2nd place. However, both years they took home the coveted Audience Favorite Award.
Recently, the group opened for Jay Leno at the historic Tuacahn Theater in St George, Utah.

Toys For Tots Fundraising Concert with Brooke Nicole & The Jake Leg Band
Mark your calendars for December 10th as we celebrate the 11th annual "Toys For Tots" Fundraiser at the Sapphire Room with the U.S. Marine Corps.
Along with a $5 ticket to reserve your seat (proceeds donated), the price of admission is a new, unwrapped toy. The Marines will be at the front door to collect your contribution in person and will see to it that the toys become Christmas gifts for children who might not get anything else for Christmas this year. If you would like to contribute but can't make it to the show, you can still participate by dropping off your donation at the Riverside Hotel from December 1st to 10th.

The Moody Jews of Boise 8th Annual Chanukah Party
The Moody Jews of Boise are proud to present the 8th Annual Chanukah Party in the Sapphire Room. The show will feature a set of Chanukah inspired music from around the world.
The Moody Jews play a variety of upbeat Yiddish music from the Eastern Europe (Ashkenazi klezmer) as well as Latin (Sephardic) and Middle Eastern styles, representing the various traditions and cultures related to Judaism. There will be an extra helping of Chanukah songs and some Chanukah surprises to bring this festival of light to life.

Jeff Bordes & A New Orleans Christmas
Celebrate the season with California-based trumpeter Jeff Bordes as he brings his acclaimed show, A New Orleans Christmas, to The Sapphire Room! For over a decade, Jeff has been lighting up stages across California with this festive concert that infuses holiday favorites with the soul and swagger of the Crescent City. Much like a good gumbo, the music blends flavorful elements of funk and blues, built on a rich base of New Orleans jazz — stirring together joy, groove, and Big Easy spirit. Joined by vocalist Jackie Gage and Boise’s own Alex Sjobeck on piano, Jeff and his band deliver reimagined holiday classics and originals like the fan-favorite “Santa, Pour Me A Shot.”

Back by popular demand! J.R. & the Stingrays are a Boise-based oldies rock and roll band established in 1985. The Blues Addicts are one of Boise's most popular live show acts based on their dedication to playing the deeper cuts by popular artists like Eric Clapton, The Allman Brothers, JJ Cale and the Chicago Blues Kings. This year they are proud to bring back special guests The Brass Tacks Horns, reuniting for this special show.

Menagerie: Welcome to the Jungle NYE
Ring in the New Year with Menagerie. Led by the incredible Michele Eastland, Menagerie brings high-energy performances that will keep the dance floor moving. This NYE is “Welcome to the Jungle.” Slip into leather, animal print, safari wear, or your boldest jungle-inspired outfit and unleash your inner party animal. Dance and let loose in a night of wild, glamorous fun.
There are two New Year’s Eve shows to choose from: the early show from 6–8:30pm is all-ages with individual tickets available, while the late show from 9pm–midnight is 21+ and exclusively for room package holders.
Double occupancy packages start at $359+13% tax for the early show and $399+tax for the late show.

Andrew Chappell & The Bitterroot Revival
Andrew Chappell is an indie country artist based in Boise, Idaho, with a captivating sound that has resonated with audiences nationwide. Originally from Dallas, Texas, his music is a unique blend of soulful melodies, twangy country rhythms, and rock and roll. Whether performing with his band, the Bitterroot Revival, or going solo, Andrew's live shows are the stuff of legend. His high-energy, emotionally-charged performances leave audiences spellbound and wanting more.

Leslie Mendelson
Grammy-nominated artist Leslie Mendelson crafts soulful folk-rock & Americana with a timeless voice beloved by fans & fellow musicians. No less than Jackson Browne has declared, “Leslie's melodies are timeless. They reach me way back in my youth somewhere. I hear traces of Burt Bacharach and Carole King, and hooks and passages that remind me of the pop songs I grew up hearing on the radio,” while The Wallflowers frontman Jakob Dylan shares: “Voices like Leslie’s can get away with almost anything. Along with being a great songwriter, this leaves her with few if any peers.”

The Midnight Jazz Cats with Leta Harris Neustaedter
Celebrating America's great original art form, Jazz, The Midnight Jazz Cats are prowling the stage of Boise and the greater Treasure Valley. "The Cats" and their furry mascot Ella Fitzkitty fuel their version of swing, jazz standards, bossa novas and Western Swing with swagger, high octane jazz moxie and matching cat ties! They specialize in jazz of the 1920's through the 1970's.
This five piece juggernaut features Mark Stolpe on upright bass/vocals, Lloyd Blake on drums/vocals, Bob Phillips on keyboard/vocals, Bill Shepherd on reeds and Blake Olson on guitar/vocals. "The Cats" jump, jive and caterwaul to jazz standards and less familiar swingin' surprises.

Sam Henry
Sam Henry is a singer/songwriter from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, currently hailing from Boise, Idaho. Sam and his band have crafted an impressive discography, including two original EP albums and six singles, with more to come in 2025. The act will be returning to the Sapphire room as a four-piece band, presenting their fusion of original country/rock/pop songs, with a message sure to inspire.
