This event will take place in The Riverside Hotel's Ballroom. There will be plenty of seating for everyone, but seating is NOT assigned. Choosing seats will be on a first come, first served basis.
Bring your Valentine to the Riverside Hotel’s Grand Ballroom for Records & Roses. High Street Band will play all the hits you love and keep you dancing through the decades. Come dressed in your best vintage-inspired Valentine’s look and dance the night away on the ballroom’s large dance floor.
Room packages are available starting at $329 plus tax and include a one-night stay in a standard room (double occupancy), two concert tickets, a dinner buffet for two the night of the show, and brunch for two in the Riverside Grill the next morning. To book, call the hotel directly at 208-343-1871.

Salad Station: Field greens and baby spinach with fresh strawberries, red onion, toasted almond, and feta. Served with poppyseed and balsamic vinaigrettes.
Appetizers: Whipped basil cream cheese on crostini with cherry tomato, fresh mozzarella and balsamic reduction, and fruit skewers with a drizzle of citrus honey.
Entrees: (Served with rosemary-garlic new potatoes and grilled broccolini) Peppercorn crusted sirloin steak with truffled demi-glace, seared salmon filet with lemon-caper sauce, and roasted portobello mushroom filled with quinoa, grape tomato, squash medley, and roasted red pepper coulis.
Desserts: Dark chocolate orange torte with fresh raspberries and salted caramel cheesecake with spiced apples and whipped cream.
